Faulty items

If you receive a product from Our Site at is faulty on delivery, you can return it and claim for a refund. If a product is found to be faulty (incorrect size, color ect.), you may claim for a FULL REFUND, or require exchange without any extra cost.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service after you order within 6 hours, before item don't delivery. So sorry that we can't cancel order when ship them out.
